Discover Dance UK are putting together a Student Performance Team! The 12-week (2 hours each week) performance course is a unique opportunity for Intermediate/Advanced dancers to take their dancing to the next level and to a whole new level! By working on specific techniques, movements, styling, musicality and routines you will have the ability to grace a stage with confidence and presence.
The focus of this particular performance course will be confidence, stage presence, technicality, musicality, styling and posture and it will be based on Belly Dance and Latin based routines. New routines will be taught and some parts of previously choreographed routines may be used.
The course requires weekly commitment, dedication, enthusiasm and hard work. Personal attention, guidance and support will be provided throughout the duration of the course and therefore you will see yourself grow from a dancer to a performer. It is an extremely highly rewarding undertaking, especially if this means getting out of your comfort zone and facing any fears or apprehensions you may have. The course will prepare you for a variety of shows across London’s top and best established Belly Dance and Latin venues.
Please enquire as early as possible to secure your place as this will be a course high in demand and places are limited. A fun and friendly atmosphere will be encouraged, individual feedback and support and a great chance to make new friends or deepen current friendships and to share amazing memories whilst improving your dancing. The course will reflect the investment you have in yourself to create the best version of “you”.
What better way to let your creativity blossom and show off your perfected masterpiece, however, Please note performing is optional and you may want to join in just to have fun, train hard and improve your dancing. The course is subject to skill level and Discover Dance UK are at their discretion to choose who meets the requirements, even throughout the course.

Location: Fitness First (DW Fitness), The Waldorf Hilton Hotel, Aldywch, WC2B 4DD (On the right of the main entrance door to the hotel). Nearest stations include, Covent Garden, Holborn, Temple, The Strand and more.
Pre-requisites: Intermediate/Advanced level of Belly Dance (Have attended previous courses)
