Tuesdays 6-7pm (recurring),  – General level – For everyone!

A great way to keep fit and technique based, so this is a fun and useful class, if you want to learn or improve movement and refine precision. Strengthen muscles, refine isolations, learn various styles and combinations and workout all at the same time!
