Deep Stretch and Meditation (Half Hour each)


Tuesdays 8.15 – 8.45pm


Dive into a deep stretch class and 5-10 minute meditation after an intense workout, to wind down and cool the muscles and the mind. The ultimate relaxation to soothe aches and pains away and to ground yourself before the day ends. Yin yoga type all-over body stretches on the floor and upright to soft music to destress and unwind.
